By using AI to generate on-brand variations from a single concept, agencies can scale production, stay visually consistent, and meet demanding timelines without exhausting their teams. In this case study, see how one team scaled production, stayed on-brand, and impressed clients using a single, smart workflow.
Challenges faced by the travel brand
Their team approached us with the following needs:
- High content turnaround expectations. Campaign timelines are tighter than ever and clients want more, faster while creatives burn out on iteration.
- Brand Consistency at ScaleCreating for multiple clients means juggling varied identities and tone of voice to get higher engagement results.
- Demand for premium aestheticsMore clients expect top tier, editorial-looking content for all formats and without paying for magazine sized teams.
Implementation of the 1:10 Method
We applied the 1:10 Method by Pimento, which follows a structured and iterative process for AI-generated imagery:
1. Creating an on-brand style on Pimento
We selected 15 visuals we thought were the most accurate to represent of the artistic direction of one of their client.
We created the style - waited for ten minutes to get it ready. After this time, our model was ready to generate images based on the brand’s - a fashion brand - visual identity.
2. Prompt engineering for image generation - Using Pimento Brief
We generated over 40 images in seconds using well-crafted AI prompts. Pimento created different prompt inputs based on our Brief to have a variety of images featured.

Some prompts generated by Pimento from the Brief to create these visuals:
- The juxtaposition of clouds and a golden straw landscape as models in garments stride confidently through an ethereal setting.
- A moody photoshoot where ethereal clouds cast soft shadows on models dressed in structured, beige garments.
- Fashion models emanating serenity in beige attire, positioned to highlight the contrast and harmony between the sky’s clouds and the earth’s straw.
3. Refinement & Iteration
When the brand needed more precise visuals, we fine-tuned the brief and generated additional images depending on their demand. If they loved a particular image but wanted small adjustments, we used the variation tool to make targeted refinements.

4. Final selection
The fashion brand ended up selecting over 50 high-quality images for their marketing campaigns. This included a mix of landscape shots, fashion countryside visuals, and portrait-focused images.
